Position Overview
As the Social Media Manager, you will play an integral role in defining our online presence and executing dynamic digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with TechNest Innovations’ brand objectives and marketing goals.
- Create engaging, relevant, and high-quality content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Analyze performance metrics and conduct A/B testing on various campaigns to refine strategies and boost engagement.
- Manage and cultivate our online communities by responding promptly to user inquiries, feedback, and reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and integrate social media efforts with larger marketing campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for engagement and innovation.
- Prepare monthly reports on social media performance and recommend adjustments to improve results.
- Coordinate social media promotions alongside events and product launches to enhance reach and visibility.
- Stay updated on emerging social media platforms and tools to continually evolve our marketing approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of successfully managing social media campaigns and growing online engagement.
- Strong understanding of the major social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills; ability to craft compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and engage with our audience creatively.
